Return Policy: All sale items, swimwear, and under garments are final sale. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be authorized in advance. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition to be returned. Please send items back by insured mail with a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Shipping Policy: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the chosen shipping partner (USPS or UPS). All shipments are weight based and will be calculated at checkout. We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Expedited shipping is available upon request - just call us and we will see what we can do, (512) 442-1000.
Local Pickup Policy: Curbside pickup is available for those who live in Austin, TX by selecting Local Pickup at checkout. Please allow 2-4 days for us to pack up your order. We will reach out to you when your order is ready. Please call when you have arrived and we will bring your order out to your vehicle. We kindly ask that all orders be picked up within 2 weeks of pick up notification. If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks we will put the items back into inventory.
