Return Policy

All sale items, swimwear, and apothecary are final sale. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting david.scheffke@hotelmagdalena.com. Returned items must be unused and in perfect condition to be returned. Please send items back by insured mail with a copy of your receipt. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the chosen shipping partner (USPS or UPS). All shipments are weight-based and will be calculated at checkout. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages. Expedited shipping is available upon request by calling 512-442-1000.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available for those who live in Austin, TX, by selecting Local Pickup at checkout. Please allow 2-4 days for us to pack up your order. We will reach out to you when your order is ready. We kindly ask that all orders be picked up within 2 weeks of pick up notification. If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks we will put the items back into inventory.
