Shipping policy
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the chosen shipping partner (USPS or UPS). All shipments are weight based and will be calculated at checkout. We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. Expedited shipping is available upon request - just call us and we will see what we can do, (512) 442-1000.
